Simiso Sokhela is a Web Designer, SEO Specialist, Author, Poet, Public Speaker and Technology Enthusiast. Awali Net was founded by Simiso Sokhela (29) is an Entrepreneur, Published Author, Public Speaker, Facilitator and Poetician based in Durban, KwaZulu Natal. He has also been part of the Google Digital Skills for Africa programme as a facilitator. He is Managing Director of Awali Business Solutions an ICT Business focusing on IT, Branding and Digital Marketing, founder of Schools Go Online Project and shareholder of multiple entities. He is regularly invited to Radio Stations where he advises listeners and SMMEs on Technology. He has worked on multiple creative marketing campaigns and projects. He has published 2 books, Umyalezo and Wordography with a pen which has been sold internationally. As a public speaker and facilitator he has done work with Essence Festival – Durban Business Fair -2017 , SMME Opportunity Roadshow at ICC – 2017, ABSA Enterprise Development – 2018 to mention a few. He also facilitates workshops on technology in different KZN Regions.
